Can't connect :/

From 3-4 i'm trying to connect -|PS|- 1 and I can't

. There's a gray screen and when I minimize ET that site what is displaying when error occured. Can you help me?

1.way./cl_allowdownload 0 see that if its 0 thats ok

2.way.See PB is enabled or not in your computer..if its disabled enable it
3.allways do /com_hunkmegs 128 and restart ET

i wouldnt put it
/cl_allowdownload 0 cause when there are new maps and you need to download you just cant
i would rather put it
/cl_allowdownload 1
then you can download evrything without getting errors you cant connect and cte
