Raporting rude player

Player MikeSlayer started to TK me and kicking, then he started to send me such offensiver msg multiple times:

I hope there is something u can do about such behavior.

İ play the game yesterday evening .hours 22:30 map capuzzo airport,at the and of map jyppo started mock me (jeep or jear me)..and i say him a lil bit swear (i think u know this)..And Pompidom mute me.. i say status but i get in mute ..Pompidom request me screenshot.but i have prob scrnsht button i dont know what is prob my pc...

first, next time make a new topic instead of reacting on a other topic for reports

The reason I muted you was because you were saying rude and on-acceptable words in Main-chat. Like 'you are a dirty dog' etc..

I didn't saw Jyppo saying any on-acceptable things in main-chat, but when he says rude things in Personal Messages, you need to take a screenshot and post it here. Now unfortunately we can't do much because we don't have any proofs for his rude behaviour. On the other side we know that Jyppo sometimes say rude things, and when he does that we always mute(kick) him.

I will have a talk to Jyppo, that's the best I can do.

couldn't find anything in the logs from yesterday and today, but maybe im just too naabish to check them. probably egglaf could check it out too.

We can't watch any matches back, as in video. I can see some things by the logs, but not everything.

If it is about chat, you can look those up by yourself. Assuming you are using windows, check the folder C:/Wolfenstein - Enemy Territory/nq, and then the file client.log, or chat.log. Both contain information about what players said and did. If you can show me anything relevant to Jyppo we will take action.

Tbh this was the worst personal attack I could find from the logs, and it was after those "racist dog" comments:

Of course there was also this usual "umad XD" bullshit, but couldn't find anything special beside that.

So in future if you think someone is going over the edge, take a screenshot (instructions provided by icy) and there is always possibility to ignore a player:

/ignore [name]

But ALLWAYS keep your own head cool, and don't get yourself into trouble.
