Hunkmegs problem..
Hi, this time i got an other issue. since there are some new maps i get a hunkmegs error at the map in that big house. but ive tried /set com_hunkmegs 128 didnt work doesn't matter how much i tried. so i googled some and i saw some calculations with the rams your pc has. well i have 4gb ram and i came on 1600 hunkmegs with the calculation o.O.... so i was stupid enough to try that and since then i cant open ET anymore because i get the error already in ETconsole starter. I already re-installed it and stuff but didn't work i can't type in that starting console either.
any 1 has some ideas?

Well, I advice you first to put com_hunkMegs 258 into every config you have. Depending do you have installed your ET with ETUI or normal way, go into profiles and edit it there. Simply edit every etconfig.cfg to make sure you have that com_hunkMegs everywhere. If that doesn't work, try to put into properties that com_hunkMegs 258. And why this value? Well I use it because ET doesn't require any more than that.

Do you use an own config? If not or if yes, just check all your folders (nq, etmain) for those etconfig.cfg files. If you have Notepad++ you are able to edit your config and change the value of com_hunkMegs.

Yes. After that tell me the result. Because I am pretty sure the value is that which you set last time.

Did you try Ctrl+F (Search)? Because CVARs in etconfig.cfg are not in order.
@xochi Normally when ET is installed, you do not have any autoexec.cfg at all.
