net_sendpacket WSAECONNREFUSED

net_sendpacket WSAECONNREFUSED

Hi to all!
When i try to join in PS server say "Awaiting connection 1...2...3...4..."
I noticed that the server list is empty and i have this message in terminal [net_sendpacket WSAECONNREFUSED - Requesting servers from the master..]
No Firewall - Patch 2.60 - Windows 7 ultimate edition - try to launch in compatible mode windows xp service pack (as administrator)
Anyone could explain to me why this happens?

[edit] I made a system restore and now everything going fine
