you dont need a program for this. just run ET, and then in menu choose "mod" and load the mod that you recorded this demo on (for example, if you recorded it on a NoQuarter server, then load NoQuarter mod). and then after you loaded the mod, choose in menu "replay" and then choose the demo you wish to see.

Moved: Web input ET Help Desk (what has this got to do with the website? )
Pretty basic stuff this btw..
How To:
- Download the demo dm_84 file
- Move the file to the appropriate* 'replay' folder within your ET installation (f.e. Wolf ET/No Quarter/Replays)
- Start up ET (see Varoth´s reply as well)
- Load the 'Mod', again most likely No Quarter
- Go to 'Replays'
- Select the right file > hit 'View'
- The demo will now be loaded
* You need to know what Mod (No Quarter, etpub, etpro, jaymod etc.) was used for the demo. Most likely No Quarter if the demo was made on PS1, PS2, PS3 or PS5
