Few problems - Banned(Not actually baned...) and ui_mp_x86

Hey guys.
First things first, im back, kind of.
Well, I just bought a new PC:
CPU: Core 2 Duo 1.8ghz (bad i know...only temporary)
RAM: 2gb Corsair Domonator RAM
GFX: Geforce 8800GTX
MB: Asus Striker Extreme
As you can see its a nice PC
(was my turn to show off

But I have Vista Ultimate, mainly for DX10 + Crysis ^^
Well, I installed ET today, patched 2.6 + 2.6b, updated PB, installed NQ, and fired it up.
I connected to PS#1 to test the FPS I get (first game ive played after I had problems with thermal compound and my CPU was runing at 90 degrees. yes 90.)
Ok well, first message:
"You have been banned from this server."
Well, what could cause this? I doubt the previous owner played ET and got banned on PS#1, but I havn't got my usual ET key as yet, so this problem isn't my main concern.
I am more concerned about the ui_mp_x86.dll message I get when trying to connect to a server.
I am not stupid, so i've searched around and found a few fixes, reinstalling ET deleting all pk3 files ect, but as its a clean install there isn't any problems there (tho I did it just in case) and it didnt work.
Second fix I found, was copy the dll to the C:/Program Files/Enemy Territory
not just /etmain/
Also didnt work.
I'm wondering, is it vista? Or is there a trick I don't know about...
I greatly appreciate any help on the issue as I dont really want to fiddle around with partitions and dual booting.

Simple
1. Enable Punkbuster
2. Run Enemy-territory in ADMINSTRATOR mod. Right click on ET.exe -> propterties -> comptatibility? -> run as administrator.

No probably mate, I'm glad that it's been solved. You should visit PS 5, great server with great players!
btw: we have the same gpu
cheers! Which cpu are you going to get? IMO the new intel 3,2 ghz quad core would be awesome on your machine.
