This is a typical problem of windows vista. Some time before I had the same problem.
One little thing, just try to restart your computer -> run et as administrator, it could help.

to google (corrupted file/memory [124008]) and they say its a clobal problem, this problem is even in battlefield server
there is 2 difrent view points
i copy from google some view points here
(1) ( corrupted file/memory [124008] when i off all programs and join with bot on srv pb kick me but when i join withot nexus pb didnt kick me so imo detected ........And, if cheat is detected, then the message of punkbuster would look completely in other way)( http://www.crossfire.nu/?x=journal&mode=item&id=71821 )
But others are 100% sure that it is PB issue
(2)Pb Corrupted File/Memory [124008]PB make again a "great" update days ago and we must also disabled the PB on the servers (pub, nq)
(3) Pb Corrupted File/Memory [124008] With such reason pb kicks every1, who joins serv. Except me, though. But i think it's not something with levels, since reason is in modified/untrusted/whatevah files in pb folder. And you and me, we don't have Windows, and i think the 99% of our players do have it. So, i have no idea. The proof, that not only our serv is affected So, may be some pb issues today - they made a bad update? http://www.liberty-gaming.org/index.php ... &Itemid=26
Shit Storm (they made NQ) guys are sure its PB issue.

But yeah seems like all I can do is wait and update pb everyday and check if it works then ...

Hmm had also this problem but i dont remember solution.. :lol:

But i think that mod file was fcked up. I just re-downloaded ET from another place and everything went back to normal. But maybe im just talking nonsense here
