yea, had this error message tho some time back, google for the named file or just ask a mate on xfire f.e. to upload / send u the ui_mp_x86.dll, will work for sure and it's the solution tho.

Thats pretty rare issue but thats your root whichs responsible for that i gues. How long do you have him? PS roots located in Germany i think ( is it? ) and your root signal stopps somewhere before. You know what i mean...it cant reach the PS server.
Please, download the PingPlotter program and check the PS root signal. I think it stops somewhere totally and does not allow your signal to go any further. Catch me on xfire if you like and i will check your signal result.
