Ok, checked my own BIOS.

The temperatures in your computer seem fine.
Everything gets enough Volt only your +12V is under the 12 but i dont think that it actually can cause any problems.

Compared to my PC the RPM of your Fans are a bit low, mine had 5500 RPM while yours have around 3000, check if you can clock them a bit higher.
Your computer may make some more noise then but if it works you just have to deal with it :P

so thats your best option else i have no ideas left :P

PS: in your 2nd screenshot, i dont see any temperatures for your ASUStek k8n-E processor and motherboard, look if you can fix that, or try reinstalling all the drivers on your computer.

If none of it works you'll have to let an expert look at it :)

Hey death. :D

Could you tell me how I can clock them a bit higher? And it already makes a lot of noise, but I don't care..

I already noticed my ASUStek K8n-E processor en motherboard had no temperatures, I have no idea why it doesnt show them and also no idea how to fix it.

What drivers do i have to reinstall?
Graph card... and?

if temp is ok.. no need to play on fan-settings

i think searching problem on hardware / bios is totaly wrong.

the system is good enough for et... since u installed all new.. maybe try an older grafic - card driver if it runs more proper then...
im pretty sure its software prob, IF the issue come from grafic-card..

w00t..
I dunno why I thought it but I thought maybe I should update my motherboard..
So I checked it and I got alot of updates.. One was something with nForce and I thought, thats the one I need to have..
So I updated it, restarted the computer, updated my graph driver again.. and gues what..

problem solved!
I played on streets of italy, almost constant 140fps or something. (gotta change to max 125) and then I played on Wurzburg, where I used to have like 20-30.. but now i got 70-100 when I was outside with all the grass and stuf.

I want to thank you all for the help!
I can slap me in front of my head I didnt thought about my motherboard earlier.. :D

Yes, it was an unupdated chipset. XD
As a matter of fact I can see the temperatures of my motherboard now too. :)

@Death
