teamspeak crashes

hi there,

well its kinda a weird problem,
when i download teamspeak (or skype etc) and i connect then my pc freezes and i go to a big black screen with only my mousse on it (but cant move the mousse anymore)

i tried it with ts 2, ts3 and skype
and all do the same thing just crash my pc.

i went to my pc options and tried to test if my sound works well and it crashes also on there

so i went for a hardware check and found this (dont know if it has something to do with it)



i dont know how to solve any of these things ofcourse since my pc knowledge is very low and i dont want to delete anything what i dont know if its important or anything.

anyone knows what to do to get teamspeak working?
