Random inability to connect PS servers

symptoms:
- in QuickConnector all servers have state Connecting... and then Connection error...
- can't either connect through game menu (Connect to IP); Awaiting connection 1..2..3... status is displayed all time
- though servers are up; Server Monitor works normally
- it happens randomly (now and last time like 2-3 weeks ago)

Only thing I've checked was if some ports that ET use are blocked in Windows settings, but thay aren't. And btw. how could they be if I've never changed anything there.

Try to ping server when it happens. If packets are lost, use tracert or WinMTR when you want to have GUI. Show logs.
