Server been having some problems as of late though, I'll let Ninja or someone else elaborate on that.

Are you having these problems right now, or did you have them earlier today?
Currently the server seems to run just fine and there are players online, "awaiting connection" suggests your client cant get connection to the server, which should only happen if server is down or your internet isn't working properly. The fact that server isn't down and you were able to come here is a bit confusing.

It must be your internet issue bumble & dave, there are players on server and I also connected few times without problem

You might try "tracert" to see where the problem occurs. This site seems to have simple instructions for that.
Just write

Code: Select all

tracert 178.63.72.111

into command window to see where something goes wrong.

Unfortunately this can only tell whether the problem is at your end or our end, or somewhere in between. It doesn't tell how to fix it, but might be good way to check if it can be helped at all.

That is a damn good question. This doesn't really make any sence according to the discussion I had with Bumble over PM.

Everything should work just fine as you are able to reach the website which is in same IP as the server, just different port. And shouldn't be about the game either as Bumble told me he is able to connect other servers and it would be really odd if two separate clients just stopped working out of the blue.

There is obviously something weird going on in the connection between your operator on our server, but the fact you can reach the site makes it even more odd.

my internet is oke , restart modem, now download 74Mbps, upload 12Mbps, ping 9ms.
still awating connection server and 20 players online

Yep, according to the tracert it is not about your device or about our server, but about something in between.

Might be a stupid question, but does ET have persmission to connect in your firewall settings?
The permission settings might differ between public/home network settings, so even if you haven't installed any new software and just changed it from private to public or vice versa (through modem reset?), ET might not have permission set correctly.

Perhaps not clear for everyone but Cade and Bumble use the same connection.

So they can connect to other servers but not to ours.

That tracert is weird cause it cuts off before it even leaves your provider. Are you sure you haven't changed anything in your router, firewall or anti-virus? Did you perhaps enable a blocklist (blacklist) of some sort? Unlikely by the looks of it but switched to IPv6 only?

the tracert from our server to their IP seems fine ... maybe somewhere the PS IP is blacklisted? by provider or router settings? try a tracert to this ip: 178.63.72.69
