now im a level 3 user, which commands are avaible? or what can i do with this level?

simply when you are ingame type !help and you will see avalible commands

btw,

if you see the commands but you dont know what it is do !help *command*

When you open console the explanation is there, it very handy cuz if its a public command (you use the command on all people with lower lvl) you dont spoil the fun for some
