Help needed with BF 2142 (Dont know where to post)

So i got this problem.
I installed the games second time because format.
It worked all but sudenly if i loged into my account it sayd the cd code is in use :S
like WTH.
I even asked EA for my account info and all should be right but cant log into my account :S I understand like the cd code is in use but only by me.

return to the shop were you bought and say ur code is already in use then you can get a new 1 from the shop

u have to somehow cancel ur cdkey from working and restart it again.
