OpenGL problem (Read first Dont make own desicions)

Well i got this OpenGL problem...The FAQ didnt help me because i had the latest drivers and i searched the forum nofting helped me.
I remember that i have problem with ET.
When i put my video setting high ingame then it will crash and then comes the opengl prob
Normaly when i have tried it ET atlast opens himself again after restart but this time its different.I tried to edit ETconfig but didnt help me.

Any other Suggestions ?

all other games work well...even higher req needed games work good

Already did ...still didnt work...well second time i relized.I had autoexec.That confused ETconfig because it execed my config.
So i deleted Autoexec and now its working...but now i need 2.60b patch..well that isnt hard to find
