dark screen!! why^?

hallo guys..
I have a problem with Et.. if i press the icon of et minimized for to check something on my pc.. as I return then to the game it becomes completely darker screens on game. why? what command I must train in the cfg because this doesn't happen?

If u mean that ur Brightness goes 0 then we got same prob.

I get this when I answer to xfire or when I press Caps Lock.

I haven't used this program, but I think it helps you.

All this program does is minimize RTCW: ET without causing a vid_restart, by registering a global hotkey (Alt-Z for now.) When the program is minimized, it keeps the programs resolution and gamma settings. The program itself just stays in the system tray, and can be exited at any time.

or you can try "/r_gamma 1.3" command for restoring brightness

well, my prob isnt the same like bel, but i didnt want to open a new topic only for it.
My prob is with my vga driver: the colours are very strange...the light colours are normal, but the dark ones are awful: more dark then normal...in a tunnel or in a darker place i can see nothin.
It was good for a year but after reinstall xp, i cant what is wrong. it was tried with catalyst 9.5 without ccc, 8.2 without ccc and 8.4 with ccc. but nothing changed.
And sometimes the fps goes very low then normal.

sry... i have some problems... not as the problem of matteo ( aka bel topo XD ) but similar.... so..
... when i open ET... i saw not the normal color.. but i see.... a lot of green!!!!
it's all green, grey and black.....
but if i do /vid_restart..... then is ok and the colours are normal.... I don't know why....
and i'm sry if it is an offtopic....
