Cannot connect to PS teamspeak server.

Today i tried to connect to PS teamspeak server (88.198.62.41:6666) but it didn;t work. TS client showed message "Failed to connect to server".
This message in fact tells nothing, because it's very general and this is the problem. Any ideas? Maybe something wrong with server, cause i see (http://www.tsviewer.com/index.php?page= ... r&ID=53375) that it's been empty for last few hours.

I don't know even how many people are there usually, but just wanted to try it with my mate dmg|Inc*

use TS2 not TS3

PS TS server is v2 not v3

with TS3 you can only join TS3 servers
with TS2 you can only join TS2 servers

v3.0 is quite fresh so i could guess that this is the reason, but i was too lazy to check out v2.0
