I was playing on the PS #1 server and got banned with the reason: Nice Haxx.
I got banned permanently but i did not cheat? I just got 25killing spree.

ye true dat, didn't record a demo at all so can't share it, but u had some weird actions / headshots plus massively spawnkilling even after u got warned for it.

No mate my excuses but i think Perm ban is not the right dissision? Gimme a ban for 2/3 days but Perm comon mate?
Evryone make mistakes in their lifes and if i read the old Unban topic they where even worser than mine and get unbanned.

i was there,that occured in frostbite.
you was axis and stand at the exit aiming directly inside allied spawn (barrack),the only way out for allies.and you killed 2 of us inside and some others just outside.
Simple,we couldn't even get out from there.

i dunno for hax and massive headies,it can be done when camping at a place and aiming toward spawn.

i think you know that you mistaken,hope that you'll play fair next time.

It seems you are an active player at the dark-alchemy community. On the one hand I believe that it partially proofs that you probably are not using any cheats. On the other hand, it means you are familiar with the concept of spawnkilling, which is not really in your favor.
Let's be clear, I was not online at this particular moment. Though it seems your first spawnkill already was your first wrong step. You are familair with NQ communities, and could have known that spawnkilling is not allowed. And please don't try to tell us that players with +25 killingsprees don't know the spawns in frostbite.
You have been warned for offending our rules which your probably did deliberately in the first place, and after your warn you continued in exactly the same way.
Anyhow, it's up to Icefrost and noone else to decide upon this matter, so please wait for his response and take a look at our forums in the meantime
