Just keep it playing, play fair and follow the rulebook, no need ask for levels, surelly High Admins !setlevels you, but time to time , be patience

sad but in most cases true. since time is also a big factor in getting lvl's, i think it should be mentioned in the faq.

Don t see why it s realy sad, time is a logical factor since we are searching for quality instead of quantity. It take times to make a strong and real opinion about a player but it s impossible to do a prediction about how much time it will need, it all depend on the player, the global feeling of admins about him, actions done by the player in server and forum which give him more or less "points" for the next level or future invitation and make it more or less longer for him .

So, i don t realy see the need to add something like "here , it wont be any fast level" or "if you are hurry to join a community , you better try another place"

well the sad part is that it takes much time, but i understand that it cant be changed. though something like "be patient to get lvl's" wouldnt do any bad, but clear some confusions like this topic maker's.
