the bad thing is:
ps1 is fully full.
ps5 has a lot of ppl too.
and ps2 is empty.
we can't gather as many ppl there on the working days. I can't understand the others, they go to "play" (or better be a part of a massacre, 'cause of so many ppl) on ps1, which is crowded, and even 5-6 ppl do not join ps2

Well, it s not realy so strange imo,we all know that a crowded server attract more people, no need to search and find why that s the way how it works. People search for server with enough players to play which is logical so what PS 2 need atm is some real regulars who would be enough around to attract some new players etc etc ... Don t forget that PS1 was also in same situation in the past, it took times make it crowded but as long as server have enough regulars to keep the server on the top of the list, server will be automaticaly crowded, people see the server on da list and connect , some stay and some leave but things goes fast, so just try to be around and be confident, PS2 will also back to its glorious times, it s just a matter of time and some help from all of you :wink:

I would play more on ps#2, but i just dont experience the players there (not all of course, the exception prove the rule) so friendly as on ps#5.

this was the most usefull post, now i understand it too why PS 2 is empty, ty!

ye basically bow is right. i bet it's also cause 'beginners' get pretty fast annoyed by getting killed by more skilled players, which are mostly around at PS 2 (with etpro experience) and leave it faster as on other servers. anyway, we'll try to revive it and keep our work, hopefully it works someday :wink:

She's super busy with her work atm, she's still treathing the handicaped lady 24/7 and they just fired a girl so she has much more work
+1 to ban those eestii unhits.
Im one of them newbs who got annoyed being killed by those luckerz of ETpro and i moved

Still LOVE the ppl in ps2 but they are just above my lvl

It was cool when you was constantly online.. At least, the server wasn't empty.. Keep on practice and youll get their lvl.

Well thanks at icefrost and goku for the replys on what i said. But i dont mean superior skill (for sure the intersected K/D ratio of the regulars is much higher then on the other PS servers).
I can deal with bad stats as this also motivate to advance.
I mean arrogant and rude behaviour. Yes call me a pussy now (wheeeee

) but this just steal fun for me.

The time that PS2 had evenings with +30 people were amazing. I have to say that when there much people connecting, there not only those amazing etpro guys, but also much beginners.

When PS2 wants to keep a more professional gaming style in the server, we all know that getting crowded will not work for it.

I personally really enjoyed the time that I played much at ps2, learned to use my class cfg( + sefkill option) in battle with low amount off players.

For the regulars who don't really like to play at other ps servers: Just join PS2.

You will help to keep the community alive, and give others the chance to play the game in different style

Yes, I also had fun there. And I don't mind having scores like 9 / 22 as long as my team wins :wink:

I tried helping PS 2 by being around. But what really annoyed me was the fact that then suddenly half of the server (including serverowner) left to go play ET Pro. That does not make me and others (maybe new regulars) feel appreciated.

well, u will have on any server this kind of behavior from time to time, that's nothing related to PS 2 only. if these guys cross the line, they will get punished anyway, no matter who it is.

yea that's true, etpro is just more sexy for me (us), but of c i also would like to keep PS 2 alive, it's a dilemma.

since PS3 got many regulars and reached during the last days the max player amount of 30, i setted the redirection from PS1 to PS2 ... this and admins beeing there regular around should boost PS2 back to its old strength

that's good decision. i remember it was like that before - when ps1 is full, ppl were redirecting to ps2. now we can have more ppl here, hope to get it alive again:) (not that there is some other option:) )

Congrats to ps2

it has nice settings i played some times last week but was a bit laggy and players there where really good, it was like the good old etpro times

i'm playin' in PS2 although:

- it doesn't have PB on
- it ain't etpro
- it has throwing knifes
- it has kicking
- it has poison
- it has double jumps
- all classes can pick up all weapons
- overreacting with TJ rule (et_ice map.. that ain't a TJ)
- rules say trickplant isn't allowed but when someone did it it was okay

i hate this stuff. i might find some etpro public server to play at

ps2 is getting more players again since that redirection:)

@ sylar , trickplant is like you also know with trickjumping hard to judge,

on goldrush (probally that is what you mean)
tank barrier 2 they put the dynamite on the stairs to blow the barrier up,

some admins don't mind, other does it really depends on situation etc.

just come frag on ps2 , and maybe the admins should make the lines a bit stricter like you said on et_ice and oasis (the jump on the roof after you exit the second sewer)

because medic's are allowed to tj to guns and engy's not , what about medic can wait behind wall and backrape all enemy's then it's in my opinion also a trickjump for objective

i did tell like all the stuff i don't like about the server ^^. the plus sides:

- i like the players
- server's smooth, no lag
- maps are great
- i don't suck as much as i do in etpro servers xD

Yea, I got annoyed by it already in the start.. But 10 nabs is better then an empty server..
