Why i got banned?!

I was killing the enemies..and than came "mihY!?" and started to push me and Teambleed me..i kicked him and he Teamkilled me..I came on the same place after spawning and he killed me again..I got back there 2nd time and killed mihY...Then somebody Banned me...i Came to PS#2 and there was mihY i asked him what happened and he told me he asked some admin to ban me..I said he started
with the TB and TK and he said its my fault..that i didnt have to kick him... So I'd love to be unbanned..please..Thanks

Well, I saw you teamkilling him with knife, not once, but twice in 20 seconds; honestly didn't saw if you were provoked or not because I was busy checking axis spawn and I was the only admin on server, but some minutes before On1 warned you about insulting and your behaviour.
So I decided to give you a break. I'll unban you tomorrow, but I'd really like to see an improvement from your side: start behaving better and you will enjoy the server more.

Ah, I will have a talk with Mihy too.
