probally best solution is too get another server owner then icefrost, i think he's a bad influence for a major part of our players, they started using drugs, and aren't going too school/work anymore.

Maybe also lower !cancelvote for members a bit an extreme idea, but only solution to prefent unjustified callvotes

ye, saw the discussion allready @ MF, gonna overthink for a final solution which makes everyone happy :) not sure if we will enable votes, but we'll see.

Adding the next map vote option is the most retarded idea ever. Seriously, that just sucks.

    *First of all People already have the ability to give their opinion about a map and post suggestions for better maps. So there isnt any need for this imo.

    *Second, some maps will always get skipped, people who like that specific map never get the chance to play "their" map.

    *Third, the whole vote system is imbalanced even if it is 6 to 0 the vote still doesnt go through.

    *Last, I think it will be abused ALOT.

so i pm'd paco about some presumably unwanted advertisement file that the server is sending to any1 that connects, but i think he didnt get what i meant exactly.

the pk3 file which has new sounds, also includes some clans advert-textures that replaces 2 kind of boards with ads.

so i made a fix, that replaces those clans ads with ps ads:

download for server owners only:

when downloaded, rename it to PS2_sounds_Paco_2.pk3

and before uploading, delete these files:

PS2_sounds_Paco.pk3
PS2_sounds_textures.pk3

So, i used sound pack that was present and changed only wav songs: like to tell these advert-textures, were present in the past on the server.
I'll modify it on next days with owners.

mmm you mean longer or shorter? :D

since longer with so few players is a quick /disconnect since it takes ages when ur doing 1 against 1 and such :D

The map depended values, so attackers got for example faster respawn times as defenders :)

I did see it more on NQ so it should be possible :)

it would improve the fairness of gameplay with 20 sec allies spawn time and 30 sec axis, but this is nq and randoms wouldn't like waiting for 30 secs to respawn.

in every map, the mapper has added as much respawn time as he tought was fair for the map. and most mappers usually test their maps, before releasing to public.

@mees it depends on maps. f.e. oasis and goldrush has 30/20, but radar has 20/20- and originals have been most fair maps from start.

Hey. I once played on a server, where only headshots counted (legs, arms, torso - just 0 damage). Maybe we should try such settings on ps2 :) It would be a challenge, training and may attract players... :)

I've played it once at etpro, and it's fun but not for more then 10 minutes, it kills your ammo, it makes it less realistic, and personally I just don't want it on ps 2.

Can be interesting to play some match with only HS, but I dont like standard cfg (default setting) on this way: hey this is a fun server 8) . I think so, about me.
An idea can be to ask Icy if he set on PS#2 an "HS War option" like pistols, knife and others. So we can have moments on Kowi way. :)

ye, guess permanently it wouldn't be the best option for PS 2, bug can probably have a look about some other fun-settings during some boring evenings :wink:
