I don't have patience to read all this, but about landmines there's probably some setting.
What seened little weird for me is that frag info displays at the top of the screen, so that sometimes I don't notice my frag (if many guys hit one enemy) However I haven't looked into options if it can be changed.

ok.. but before i touch damage, i want to see experiences with more xp
i made those map-vote -amount smaller.. to "force" a bit more "rotation style"
i mean... dont want the same 10 maps played out of 20 to give sometimes new maps a better chance to get voted.. thats why its smaller since 2 weeks

I had acc 50 in baserace with k43. those hitboxes are so big with k43/garand. im shooting from one side to another side of a map and I kill 3 guys and they can't hit me and I hit every single bullet.
ya the body hitboxes are bit bigger

Head hitbox will follow the player animation, just like ETPro. This is HIGHLY recommended.

Reworked in 1.4, old code had bugs.
Enable or disable N!tmod realistic body hitbox. If enabled, the body hitbox will be smaller, normal body hitbox is really big compared to the player, that can result in getting a bodyshot on a player that you are not aiming at.
These hitboxes have been integrated to give server admins the possibility to use a fun mod with “competition†hitboxes. If you use these hitboxes, you should notify it to your server players, it's gonna be slightly harder to hit players and they might complain about that.

atm default values setted.. maybe that "bigger body" makes ur acc too good
but thinking about bruce, tomsen, ersi etc.. they need the BIG ones to hit anything

i think i read about setting for kill- message.. but dunno if it was serversetting or clientsetting
about landmines.. lets spec it a bit^^

And about landmines:
-players MUST learn NOT to place landmines in EVERY damn passage, cause now they HURT teammates and contrary to intentions they can make defending obj more DIFFICULT and lead teammates to fury
-it's good that bots don't make own mines explode, cause if they were... u can imagine

now u should be more patient and read topic.. u will find that with next restart mines will be protected from teammates

whatever...my suggestion is, that make/let spawntime like it is on et-pro and we get allowence for selfkill ???
would be something more different from other ps-servers
on this mod you also have not so much ammo as you have on nq.

well brucy.. ps2 was with nq 1.2.5 and etpro a typical pro-setted server with selfkill and no dj and stuff.. in admin forum i suggested a mix between old ps2 and old ps5 for similar ideas.. but now its ps5 and out of history and from reg-players this is no real "pro-setted" server. im glad to read opinions from "pro-experienced" people like icy, ajit or you bruce (to tell your name in one line with the pro-pros) that its nice to play here, but settings will become balanced... more fun-related...
in the end the regs will decide.
but to repeat myself - dont connect and write ur thoughts of 10 mins trying.. lets play few days and then talk about what most want......

havent tried it yet its fun to kill mass people with though as its bigger explosion then a nade and it kills people in 1 shot
Imo the server isn't that much different: same ppl - same camping and whoring as usual. Though this mod is new to me and i'll give it a couple more tries, because to this day my skill doesn't want to appear there . (might just be my default cfg..)
Oh and does any1 else also feel a sort of increased fastness in gameplay? Or is it just me? Feels like quake 3 arena.
