Well you have quite a long record here, hmm... well I guess the answer will still be no but let's wait for Bowdown or some other HA to come here and let them decide what to do with you.

But as far as I know if you have evaded even once your ban it will be strictly NO as an answer.

As far as I know, lukasz is now PS#3 regular, so maybe some opinions from there could help.
