Hi everyone,

I do not know exactly why I am banned? the spell is the following quote.

You are banned from this server.
Reason: you sux with wallhack
Expires in: 3867552595 seconds.

The problem with this is that I never did so. So I'm very curious for the following demos that are probably made of this situation.

u got ur punkbuster enabled? couldn't find u in the banlist yet. which colors did u use in ur name?

i didn't had any colors, and yes my punkbuster is already enabled.

Well, that reason doesn't match to your nickname in our banlist, but belongs to a different nickname. Are you sure you have always used this name nickylove?

Anyway, or you have some issue with punkbuster, or you are the same person banned for hax, and in that case there is no unban.

I dont have any problems with punkbuster..
I know that is was a long time ago when i got banned.
I just tried today to reconnect and i found out that i am banned.
I always have played on that username.

If there is no evidence on what have i been banned for? just on thoughts?

well, as we pointed out, there is no ban with the name 'nickylove' without usage of any colors in our banlist. so there are just 3 options now:

#1: u used a other name that time back when u got banned.
#2: u got ur punkbuster disabled and that's why this message appears.
#3: u don't have a etkey cause u probably just installed et and punkbuster ain't supporting et anymore. if that's the case, get a etkey at http://etkey.org/ and put it in ur etmain folder.

i bet for option #3.

in case u really got banned for wallhack, there was a evidence that time back. of c we don't storage every demo of banned players on our banlist.

but ye i doubt that u got banned, since theres no ban with ur name in our banlist. get urself a etkey and the problem should be solved.

anyway, if u got seriously banned for wallhack, there is no chance to get unbanned.

Yes that is me! i had played on that name.
But i never have used any cheats..
Can i just get unbanned because this was a long time ago you guys can spec me whenever you want. i just want to play and have fun.

people can now easily ban someone based on feelings or intuition especially when it comes to wallhack. without hard evidence. the only thing I want is just a normal way to use this server in order to enjoy the game.

I believe that you just have to allow this server to me. namely because this is my first time that I make an unban request.

If there is supposedly no evidence so that's your problem, not mine. because as if in real life you have to be based on clear evidence if someone literally assign a punishment.

I am absolutely innocent.

we don't ban people for cheats (wallhack, aimbot, multihack, body-aim, speedhack, and so on) on "feelings" or "intuition", we only ban someone if we are 100 percent sure hes using some kind of cheat.

u are kinda late with that unban request as well, probably u thought we wouldn't remember the situation and lift the ban?

also funny, since the ban just was 7 months ago and u was like 100 percent sure u only used the name "nickylove", u can't tell me u don't remember the name u played with 7 months ago, that doesn't make u trustable at all.

again, there is no need to proof u anything, we don't storage demos from cheaters. there was a clear evidence in the past on which this ban is based on. flower is a experienced admin and knows how to catch cheaters.

trust me it ain't our problem, since we still can play on the server, u got the problem here cause u used wallhack 7 months ago :wink:

to make a long story short, ban stays, as flower said allready.
