I cannot give the access Spycow, I need to pass the names to someone with rights to add people to the subsection, like Warren or Icefrost.
As far as I know, my moderation rights are limited to locking/unlocking things there + editing/deleting messages.

So instead of sending one name at a time, I send all the participants to be added at the same time, you know, not to waste other people's time.
