Suggestions about server changes

Homing Panzerfaust is really bad, Ive tried it on ps3...

Personally I dont like what some ppl had done with panzers on their servers. Like slowing it down to.... less than walking speed or panzercam + homing (maybe fine for a panzerparty..).
Although I have to admit that I dont like heavy weapons at all, its still ET.
If you put a Panzer onto the server, make it slightly realistic and how it should be like. One direction, normal speed.

i think nemesis shoudl change something right now because all of u regular PS 2 ppl see we are really low on players soo maybe punkbuster off????? and second thing panza off ? its really anyoing and tk weapon, u also told us that morta cam is on so why i don;t see it Sad ?????

I think that panzerfaust and flamethrowe must be turned off.I'm pist off from lamos that are learning to play with PF & FT...When @ the server is PF n0b in my team, he often he tk me :roll:

I have an idea about panzerfausts. If possible you could lock them for anyone who doesn't have heavy weapon skill 8 or 9. That would make sure that not every noob can use it -> less tk's

But only on pf, cuz then you cant even get 9 or 8 if all heavy wpns are disabled

Ech i really don;t want to post again but i really don;t like most of new changes: FF off????? omg , mines walking .. i don;t know normal man who can walk throught mines, Pazner ok but + to idea its aveliable lny 4 8 or even 9 lvls soldier , adre i think most ppls have got now at least this 4 lvl medic so maybe 5 ???, and BIGGEST PROBLEM : PS 2 is really very low players atm
last month nearly 24/7 sb on the server,many admins there now its empty 4 most of time really there are olny 1-2 hours per day when PS 2 have got more than half server ppls (20) so maybe turn off PB again or i dk i;m not owner , and thats olny map bug or sth but i will post it here too : its about Baserace more than half ppl in 1 team (usually allies) have got for some minutes ping 999 so teams are very uneven and ppls which are "the choosen 1" with ping 999 just disconnect so maybe put another version.

riflenades / nades are too strong like i told u already neme, and maybe also lower the amout of fire supports to bring the fun on shooting battles back.

True.

It's maby because of the lag at PS2.
Yesterday I played at PS2 and my ping was like 100, normaly it's like 20-40. Some people were whining about the ping so some of them left.

lag is maybe coz serv is 4 15 dayz still online btw neme u r checking this forum at least once per day ??? as u see there is many idead about changes and u still didn;t post anything

ye the uptime is quite big on PS #2 (like 15 days) but also on PS #1. a reebot maybe helps it a bit mister nemesis :wink:

PB is not the reason for this empty server. before these changes it was full and PB was there too.

for me the reason is only this much changes from one day to the other day without asking the players.
ok changes are not always bad but such an amount of changes in 1 night is still to much.

i will never find the point ehy to change so much on always full and good running server.

Some reasons:
PF on
PB on but not as big problem as others
XP reset probably frustrated people
Adre damage boost (Thou its only one shot)

Dunno about maps, but I dont see them too extraoridinary.

Hope PS#2 will be fuller soon :/

Spot on

But its difficult to find the right balance between perfect changes and too much changes.

The changes were made at november 10th (saturday), now look at the server utalisation
and you'll notice it drops after the weekend and never really recovers (except some peeks during the weekends

).

I think the XP reset had the biggest influence, a 1 week save is probably too short for a lot of players as well.

changing the complete server is still to much. maybe change 1 or 2 things and see if players like it. when you see that players like it you can change the next things but not all in 1 night.

players always complain about rambos. why now adrenalin boost health too?

when you have only 1 week xp save its simple to loose all your skills and you must work again for it. in this way 1000 is still to much to get lvl 9.

why only drop main weapon and no akimbos? for my view its to easy for coverts when they can pick up the main weapon.

FF is on but why you can run through teammates mines? ok i happend sometimes that your team run in your mines. sry but for me it is a part of the game like FF so no need to change it to this way.

the last 30 sec musik is a fine thing but what i heard was so damn loud. i was happy that i don't play with headset because if i would do this my ear would get hurt from it. twice as much as the normal playsound is hard.

now this christmas skins :roll:

. ok christmas is not far away but for me no need to play with such a crap. now you have no chance to hide somewhere. i saw today a few ppl start to connect saw what they download and disconnect or ppl on server said: this sucks bye.

Yop, Those Christmas skins are = .. i dont like them cuz it blow snipers (they glow -.-) and we have till 25 days to christmas, maybe 2 days before and after christmas but not now :S please delete
