As you can see I've added Trees :D Finally after long time I made it :twisted: Only 1 building has to be finished and the map is done (full, no new house cant be added). After that I'll create interiors (tomorrow) and add details (tomorrow).

I really having problems with creating the skybox. I hope map wont be delayed because of this. I followed a lot of how to create a skybox... But they always don't work. I think my bad but..... I follow every single line they write. As soon as possible I'm going to ask another mapper to create it for me. Bit good news: Map is done, no places for any other / new houses. Details will be added soon. I'm not in the mood to create them now, atm a bit bored :)

Lil bump :o

At the moment I can't create the skybox. I wont delay my map right now but I also don't say it'll be released Saturday. As always I've some errors. This time MAX_MAP_VISIBILITY exceeded. This means I used more then the maximum of VIS. (don't ask me what it is). I can fix this, so I'm currently working on it. About the buildings: in B1 the interiors wont be done 100 percent. It is to much work atm because I've this big error. I also did the scripting again and I hope it works now. If I test it at my localhost (own pc) I don't see any difference so I hope it works, otherwise I've again something to do... I hope everything will be fixed as soon as possible. Hope I informed you enough, if you need to know anything / you've a suggest, please feel free to post them. It helps me and you 8)

Third post from me (sorry but otherwise no one reads it),

Finally..... I made (copied) the skybox from another map ans resized it so it'll fill up my atmosphere :) Finally you can call an airstrike. As I said to some of you: map will be delayed I think because of the skybox. Now, it is done. 2 things left for the Beta release..... Fixing the scripts (.arena tells what ET has to do when Allies do the obj, or if Axis win the game ends), .shader file (with some commands like you're able to call an airstrike, which sound you'll hear if you shoot on metal etc.) and fixing one (huge) problem: MAX_MAP_VISIBILTY exceeded, yeah I know you're thinking WTF is that? :crazy: My map is currently to heavy for the Quake eninge (W:ET runs on quake engine), have to make some brushes ('3d' part kind of wall) into structural / detail brushes. This will cost a lot of work. Hope it is finished soon (maybe tomorrow :o ). If these things are fixed it is possible to play the map. Don't expect to much, sometimes (most of the time, wont lie) I think what a fook map. Ugly etc. Doesnt bother, next map(s) will be started soon and I'll give info later. As sky shader (shader = kind of texture) I used the Seawall Battery texture, clouds are moving, nice dark grey air. Perfect for this map! 3 screens, bit boring.

So..... Long time ago I posted here something. If you think YES Release, sorry. Because of some noobs bads I've to create / retexuture whole map again. Much work. Sad enough I don't have time atm to do it. But will work next weekend on it. Maybe also this week but I'm not sure. I did something with the shadows (can set it back really fast). It's a bit dark but it looks nice. The shadow creates a City Ambiance :D Screens:

4 days weekend now. But I also have to create a website :P Next week test week is going further. Perhaps I'll finish it this weekend but I don't think so. After this map I've nice ideas for a new map (or multiple maps), will post some of the storylines soon so you may choose which map I build first 8)

Ok, don't be afraid MP_Amsterdam is finished soon. I wont give a next release date because I've to wait for a shader file. Someone else is going to create it for me (I hope he agrees). Atm I'm creating my new map because I've to wait in the meantime which is useless. So, next map is announced as. I've the storyline, mapname, almost the terrain. Stay online for updates which comes soon 8)

FTW: It snows here (2 years no snow :P)
