Question about cheats

Yesterday i spectated a cheater (the one kripto posted) and found some strange things. Sometimes he only made head shoots (multikill) with perfect head to head jumping, and some seconds later, he played like a normal good player. The same occurred today at PS1 with a other player. A head to head jumping, and afterwards normal good playing (with some head shoots). Could it be, that they can enable/disable the cheat with a hot key?

Is starring at the wall at direction of the enemy also a hint for cheating, or is that normal for good players who want a better killing spree than one or two?

Yes they can change that could it be off or on with a hotkey like no aimbot but wallhack is on etc...

yes, the cheater i specced was even shooting on the ground( with no enemy in sight) just to lower his acc.
