Unfair behaviour in Goldrush (PS-Zielobject part of it)

Hi admins,

axis spawn was down at the tank-barrier.
One Allied Soldier fired with his panzershreck every 30 seconds from the truckbarrier into the edge of the axis spawn. Then PS-Zeilobject all the time fires with his mortar there (every 5 to 10 seconds one shot and everytime 2 or 3 ppl die. Another player throws granades into it.

All in axis asked to stop that and even if its not spwan (...) to stop it because its not a nice behaviour. Zielobject says he isnt doing anything wrong. I think he does. He should stop being such a bad example for the others and stop firing every few seconds to the same point and should warn others who try to do sk.

Ziel hasn't done anything wrong in that situation. Axis players has 2 if not 3 exits from their spawn in Goldrush near the bank. It is 100 % allowed to fire motar/panzer at the hallway exit near the barrier because the axis can go the other way.

btw throwing greenades / mortar/rifles/panzas there isn't sk I asked about it on ps1 some weeks ago.
It's a bit unfair but u have other way to leave spawn, so won't give free frag but take another way.

+1 , don t forget that the goal of this game is for sure to have fn but also to kill and block enemies :wink: , Ziel just do the best for his own team and help them to win, nothin more, nothin less. ET as any other FPS games are simulation of war and well as i know there in no "fairplay" when you have to kill your enemy :). It don t mean that you don t have to be cool and gentel with other players in the server but war is war and you have to handle to be killed even if it s sometimes hard to handle and don t worry we all feel same :wink: .

Bier Understand this : Spawn exit is not the place where u spawn... Alot of ppl whined that Stop Sc/sk with motar.. Because They Dont know what is a spawn exit and what is a spawn..

i dont break any rule or something i just blocked the exit that my team (allies) have more time to destroy the tankbarrier 2 and move with the tank because you (axis) get killed or simply had a longer way to the barrier.

i realy wished it was like this but i had at this map only about 20 kills and only 1 multikill (3kills at the same time)

its not a rulebreak so who is the prob?


or should we do 100 different rules for every singel map?

comon, its a game and it is a srategi to win. so have fun

ok then I will start semi-sk too.

if granades, panzer and mortar is not forbidden 2 meters from the spawn (which hurts players IN the spawn) then i will start throwing artillery and airstrikes and mortar and panzer at the beginning of the map down to de allied spawn. But not in the spawn. Then I can say: its not IN the spawn and there is another way out of it...

i think that is not fair too and its stupid behaviour!

Hurting the players in the spawn with spread-damage from grenades & motar is NOT allowed.

But the hallway near axis' spawn is far enough away from the real spawn to hurt anyone.
What I mean is if you're a map editor you can see where people spawn in the goldrush spawn, and you will notice that people won't be damaged by the spread-damage IN the REAL spawn. Once you spawn and move away near the hallway it's at own risk getting hit by the spread-damage. You must also take in the factor of wall protection, where I talk about that if you have a wall between you and a grenade you will not be damaged, and because the hallway has so many corners you'll have to stand directly in front of the hallway in order to get spread damage and by standing there you are theoretically outside the REAL spawn location. It is probably only 1-2 meters but it's still outside the spawn.

So no BierMacGritsch don't start throwing airstrikes at allies spawn, please -.-...

not AT and not IN the spawn - but on the way up from the spawn to the first corner!

I know, this spawn-EXIT spam somtimes sucks quite a lot. :roll:

But.. just outsmart (hope, this word has the right meaning :lol:) them and go the other ways. My primary mission then always is to kill all "spawn exit spamer" to prevent them from gettin' killing sprees therefore. :twisted:

Bier wat u have to realise is that goldrush is designed to be a difficult attackin map, requirin good strategies to suceed. The whole arty/mortar combo that u usually see at the 'main' exit of the axis spawn is actually essential if allies ever plan 2 win the map. Gettin the tank past the 2nd barrier without teammates blockin that exit is pretty dam hard (trust me ive tried :P)

I know its generally very annoyin if u walk into it a few times, it drives me nuts also, but its part of the game and isnt blockin the spawn. If there was only 1 exit from that spawn and they were mortarin/artyin the exit, that would be SC.
