If you type in tylde exec autoexec.cfg and press enter, pay attention what in console will appear. If you have some mistakes in your script then in console you will see what is wrong and it will show you an error.

thnx deathstalker ,i know all this stuff,
put i have other problem
i play most time in ps5 (old nq)and i always use autoexec and its always works well , but if i conneckt in ps1 then all my binds-scripts are cone in autoexec folder
and my autoexec looks like etconfig file (nq/profile/buuust/etconfig)?!?!?!?
as long i play old NQ its all works well
why my autoexec file change if i conneckt newer nq version?
