It means that you were playing without a pbguid and should enable punkbuster in order to play at our servers.

But you probably turned it off for a good reason;

Yes, thats true, i was cheating like 3-4 months ago on some polish servers but i have deleted that stuff and i dont cheat anymore. Can i get unbanned?

Unless PBBans approves your appeal (appeal function can be found in the link posted above) and lifts your ban, we can't and won't unban you since we don't allow people with a pb ban to play at our servers.
