Is there a posibility to add a vote that move a player to spec :?:

I'm asking about it becouse I usually play at morning (8-12) when aren't to much player (usually no admins) and it often hapening that players go afk and dont join spec, it is destroying the gameplay when there is 5 vs 4 with one afker.

i think its not nessasary because ppl can also start abusing with that, and do u think when u put him to spec then they care to join with that team when they dont even join when teams are already unfair.

I believe that the 'move to spec' -vote is only available in ETPub.

Yee... PPL are in teams and dont join spec...Because I dont know.. Simply u cant nothing do while no admins...

We already talked about "votes" in the past, let me make it clear , the reason it s disabled and will stay it is the fact that some players are just not enough mature to handle it and sure it will cause troubles. I don t want see complaints and useless fights cause some abuse making votes here and there and without reason.

Is it possible to give players the right for voting when they reached for instance level 3 adminlvl... I think ps usually only give levels to the one who have proven to be mature in this game. It wont help in all cases, but just an idea...

Might be good idea smadje.
Because from new players if they see the possibility to vote they will start spamming

(now it from the past at other server)
every minute there will be 2-3 diffrent votes. so every time you have to click f1 or f2 or else it will infect your view.

But if it's right what ape says (he's mostly right i guess) then it's only for etpub and won't have any use in PS 1.

woth defaul no quarter settings it isnt possible to give votes for only some lvls, if one has it, everyone has it... we should fist instal ETA or something to do that, and i dont think its so cool idea anymore to start playing with that, goes too difficult

First of all , having some levels and specialy about 3 is not a warrany that the person have enough capabilities to handle such a stuff. Sure you are leveled cause your regularity, respect of rules, your global behaviour etc ... but it s not a sure and serious sign of maturity. Only time and experience with players in different situations and the way how they can handle problems can surly learn you about a person and how he can act , that s also why it take time to become candid and also longer to wearing PS tag, this time can depend of the global feeling HA can have about a player and can be shorter or longer. Hope this little explination will fix some misunderstanding about levels and our selection policy :wink:

Now back to the topic, as i know you can t allow votes only for high levels players but maybe some know more about and btw i m still not so hot to run it like this :wink:

i think the matters is that we also have more ps server then only outstanding ps1.
well iam quite home based on ps1 cause its my home and will sure only play there.

but the point ive try to make is that the system of adminlvls and gain lvls is threading well as far ive seen.

and there some abilitys that only HA should concern about it (or referees)

and there is iam sure almost all times an admin online
if not then u might go use xfire if u have some issues then u can always request them on xfire.

but for rest no coment bow explain will finish my story cause i think the same.

i agree with ya bowie addin the votes would just be openin a can of worms more for wrose more than better

but may i make a sugestion/request
is it ok if we can get !spec999 at lvl 4 (along with !listplayers) (was gonna ask for it to be for lvl 2s like me but that would be askin to much and 3 is kinda meh not sure)

tho if spammin of this starts move to lvl 5 with pip/pop (tbh u have abit of trust wen u get them commands)

this would help i suppose with late night stuff wen theres not many admins/high lvls ingame (or if they are afk long time)

just an idea i was havin last night

!spec999 is for lvl 6 now, and if some1 is afk with a good ping it wont work. :wink:

i think it is fine now and like evil said you can always contact a ps member.

u can do autospec after some 1 has been afk for 1 min, i think this is good idea

just need server owner to set it up i think

problem is some people need to go to the toilet maybe for 1 minute and 1 sec. (example) u were on a spree of 20 and then u need to start all over.
If that autospec thing works it could be in but then at 2-3 minutes. Sometimes you just have to do something but u are back a minute later.
