euh why if i have 96 hunkmegs i get kicked for hunkalloc_memory failer or something.

i only got 256 ram so 96 is the highest i will go somebody playing some stupid news files or something??

i really don't understand

this mode wants hunkmegs 126 or something i dont remmember...
check from noquarter homepage

Also, encourage players to increase their com_hunkMegs to 128, as they could get errors on some maps, such as Fuel Dump. Increasing hunkMegs will prevent this.

then how u explain the fact that i can get on the B2 noquarter servers with the same maps and such with only 56 hunkmegs.

but ok i cant set it to 128 bummer no playingon ps1 for me then

really don't understand what the diffrence is between the noquarter here and on B2

yes virtus \com_hunkmegs 128
BUT you need to do but not in the server...go to the ET typ \com_hunkmegs 128 and /connect 85.25.138.83:27960

laptop low processor whit low ram gives not fast in beginning off the game.

if i put in to much hunkmegs i'll get kicked for PB init failure cause i can't load my game stats fast enough

but i think my pc is just to slow. in morning i have no lags ping 40 and evening more players all servers off PS 140-180 so do know

mh i have to add something. i dunno, maybe u can't do that, maybe it's not supported for the most of u, but i dunno. here in germany u can pay with ur DSL a Fast Path for 0,99Ã¢â€šÂ¬ / Month. It's a setting only for gamers, to fix ur pings and make the connection better for online-games. i will buy and try it out soon and write again how it works

i know the hunk failure have to do with the ram memory but maybe this will help too, i will post soon about it.

oh i also pict something up that some !news commands take up ram and can cause hunkmeg failure. so maybe don't use them in venice and feuldump if possible.

do know.

INFO: for the moment i am still playing feuldump with 96 hunkmegs. think that the number off maps in my etmain can cause problems to but not sure

i use fasth path

you can only use Fasthpath with DSL 6000 or DSL 16000
