how to delete the noquarter

i have a problem with connecting to PS2.
if i proceed on Monster advise(delete the noquarter- i delete it from the folder ET), the noquarter package is downloading again.
How to jump over the downloading noquarter and play PS2???

Ps2 uses Noquarter... Without Noquarter in your ET folder you can't play on Ps2.

now, it´s nothing
today morning i cant play PS, i read the monster advice to delete the noquarter. i though that i can´t play due to the noquarter package, but later i tried it, and everything was ok

now i can play PS2
