old ban/ban evading

Hey,
Today I was banned on PS1 for ban evading by Viduus. I was banned a few weeks ago, for more details there is an earlier topic, was something to do with being caught by PB for an old ban. I then spoke to Rapid, said it would be ok with him to carry on playing but advised using a new name. I chose 'shebop' and have been playing under that name for a while. Today, I was speaking with Evil in PS1. He knew about the situation etc... and then asked me why don't I play under the name Generator and implied that no one would ban me with it now. So I tried it and was then banned 5mins later. As people may know I am a regular on PS1 and have been for a very long time. I play clean and try to be fair and got quite a few friends there now. I hope you understand I enjoy playing there and I try to be an honest player and would love to carry on playing there. Rapid I hope you can help, thank you.

Short reply from my side.

Evil pointed indeed to my that Shebob was Generator. And then when you changed your name to Generator I banned you.
Whats is going on between you and Evil. And you and Rapid. I don't know the details.

I only saw a player who was caught for cheating once (and who was banned for that) playing at PS 1. So I banned for ban evading.

Ok, yes, I understand there was a few admins on PS1 who had come to realise I was Generator but understood I was still allowed to play there. I don't know what Evil's intentions where but he asked me why I didn't play as Generator anymore then I changed and was banned 5 mins later. I think Rapid's evidence is key.

well generator, bit past few weeks or months like i told viduus also,
is that you came on server with just Shebop.
pm me with a short story that u was old regular and then u also say that ur banned with name |MT|Generator for hacks.

well ive check the banlist out and indeed ur banned,
as advance ive take some screens when u just said to me,
even got trouble ive still got something to proof.

and u know ive also tell you the story about that flauwless dude.
that he got new pc new ip and new guid and bow reject his request if hes allow to play on ps1 since he can connect again.

its pretty same as u ive also tell ya that its your own risk to play on our server.

i would have a call already to a HA about you in first place,
but i didnt happend yet, since ive just got some problems at school works issnt going well and specialy when i joined server ive straight other things to do example like always rulebreaking and things can be forgotten,
so be happy u had a short time on our server untill now.
but i wont lie to the rest of your real id, in first place its only cause problem if i should hide it.

many HA got my xfire and they also can see friends of friends and,
u show there as |MT|Generator aswell, playing on ps#1.
and another example (witsh u can be caught earler: your map request post bit strange that u request a map if we know ur not can play on our server.)

you know we can talk sometimes on chat and xfire and whatever.
besize your cheating in past ur a nice guy i need to admit u got or bring problems to us on server, but is just that iam just bit sick of myself to forget things or things wont understand at all,
and ya...... its crap happend maybe u never tought about me,
but if i wassnt so rly bussy last months, cause i need to finish this year my school or els i get kicked out. ( iam rly stressfull these months.)

again nothing agains you but i wont lie if there is anyone evading his ban and specialy not for cheaters.

Sorry Evil, don't know if I totally understand your post but you always said to me you too were fine with me playing on the servers and I thought we got on well. I thought you had talked to Rapid too who said it would be ok to play on the servers... I don't see why suddenly this is a problem... I hope it can get resolved soon

ups i typed wrong it must be that u dont bring problems to our server,

and ya ive talk with some HA and owner this weekend about something big,
and i become see that in my eyes.
and the matters is that i say ok is that rapid might say u can play on server, even u got that ban,

and ya ive talked with rapid cause u also told me that u can play with premission of rapid and i ask, he tell same,

like i say do u rly think i would not tell its u,
like i explain above here they should reconize u easy if i keep my mounth shut and ya ive told ya that whatever or with who u talking to to allow u to play.
for me its simple flawless (if i can call that here as example) was denied by bow to play, so i should let u play also? its not fair agains others,
so we can allow all ban evaders.

again ive no problem at all with u on server,
u did not cause any problems in server just that 1 point.
and i wont shut or lie to my ps mates.

then yesterday evil, I dont get why u asked me to play under the name Generator... I would never have done it otherwise I just hope I can get unbanned this time and carry on with shebop or whatever

its just i needed proof and u and me have also this conversation earler that u ask to play with generator arround again still it wont make any difrent if u use sint niclas name or iam god whatever.
with the proofs in forum at map request and my xfire name u play with shebop at ps1 would me confirm also no need your name.

anywayz its not up 2 me to unban u just remind myself to make the right thing to give a call about you,

and ya u play honest i wont doub about that! like i say in my to earler post.

now its my final reply here hope u understand cause keep talking wont solve this at all since iam not the orginal banner, but your ban comes from me so thats why in first place i reply here.

ok well I just hope rapid still will let me play there, i like playing there and hope to carry on doing so I explained the original situation to him a few weeks ago and I hope he makes the same decision

What i want Rapidhail's reply is to clarify this big mess For the moment thinks are simple, you was busted and banned by our internal PB cause you are pbbanned for cheating As you can see it here, thi sban is not lifted :

So, the Viduus ban for ban evading is justified. pity as you are indeed a regular but you also have to face your past mistakes.

Now, what i can t get is why Rapidhail gave you the permission to play again and did n t removed the ban (wich is normal to me since it follow our policy about players with dirty IP/guids) and specialy why he adviced you to use another name to don t be busted by other PS admins. If you are clean and if Rapid judged that you was able to play, why all this secret stories and why any of us was informed about? well, think only Rapid can answer this questions for the moment.

ok, it seems rapid isnt that active anymore, perhaps it was just a lack of communciation between u guys.. i dont know
i just hope he carries on saying i can play there under different name I really want to carry on
