Explanation:
I didnt use wh or other cheats. So fast unban would be kool. But if thats not gonna happen, upload the demos (i think Evil has few from yesterday, also that polish admin who was on yesterday afternoon with nick 'Noname' might have a demo aswell). Plus this one now that Wens or Nismo has.

If thats the case, you could have banned me half a year ago.
If you dont mind having a "cheater" here around for a bit longer, could you please give the "obvious wh parts"?
I give you a reasonable reason about what i did and why at those moments, and if that doesnt change anything, thats fine, you wont see me again.

well, i won't watch the demo again and tell u every time something "weird" happend, i rly got better things to do. but it got more and more obviously in the end, some nade kills was just a way too "wild guessed". also some mp40 shoots at allies spawn was just ridiculous. some things are just not possible to hear, even with high volume on a headset. also imagine, it's about playing on a 40 man crowed NQ funmod-server and u gonna tell me u heared anything u killed on that demo? well.... just.... No !

but wait for mike's reply, since he's ur banner.

Well lucky me that your not the one deciding about this (even though you act like you are). Anyway, whatever you guys use as a proof, i would like to have a change to explain the situations, even if it doesnt change anything. If your not ready to do it, i hope someone else will.

Everything*? Ofc not. Compass is handy (cus if i hear something and compass is clean, theres enemy for sure). Also by watching what your teammates are doing/where they are shooting, you can predict pretty well wheres prey to kill.

Everything, yes sir, still with all the help (sounds, teammates, compass) it looks more then obvious to me. At least i know a lot about teamplay / gameeye and i bet i'm not wrong in this case as well.

Hey,
today I've banned Ya so don't blame Wensy and any other for it - thats the first case.
Secondly at this time there were 3-4 admins who were observing You (quite a lot - around 15-30 minutes) and all came to thought that it had to be wh. I had also same opinion like my comrades, however until I wont watch again demos Im not gonna put here final decision, so be patient.

Have to say that Ur game style and all actions fit very well to wh-player characterization. We had in the past some guys with similiar skills, behaviours and in total it alwayz became obvious that we are lookin on cheaters.

Blame? Admin bans me when hes sure i cheat with the help of other admins, i cant blame anyone for that. You were only doing your job. I thought it was Wenszy cus i saw only Nismo and him there, it wasnt meant as an insult. And im not blaming you either, i dont care whos the one who banned or is deciding about this as long as its not Icy. I really dont want this to go into insulting war, im over that age already.
All im asking is that you take a pen and a paper, watch your demo(s) and write down 4 numbers (from mission timer) whenever you see a moment that looks like wh to you. Then post the numbers here, you dont have to explain why you think it looks like wh to you, i can figure that out myself. Then you let me explain those moments, what i did and why, and then you will make your decision and i will accept it, whatever it will be. Sounds fair imo

I was on server also when you was baned.

What can i say.. pretty nice skill but what for that wallhack? You can play quite good without that shit.. but cheater means cheater and i never before did mistake in that case.

Anyway i will be laughting if you get unban and your skill gonna lower down because of switching off wallhack

For as far as anyone values my opinion here, I watched the demo and didn't see any evidence for a wallhack. The only suspicious moment for me was at 9:13 when you hear an mp40 shooting but he/she decides to go after it and it turns out to be an allied with an mp40. In my view this doesn't way up to all the other times a person with a wallhack would have aimed/reacted differently.

Didn't see anything suspicious beyond that. I think that if you're spec'ing someone with a whole group that pretty much thinks someone is cheating you will see things a lot differently. Every player, and an experienced player probably even more, has shots or actions that can look suspicious if you want them to, but often these can be rationally explained. By playing a map over and over against mostly the same persons you learn where certain hiding spots are and you learn to anticipate to someone hiding there. On top of that having a good headset tells you so much more about the direction where sound is coming from, that it makes it really hard to judge for people that play without a headset.

P.S. I probably should open another topic for it but what happened to the shotgun? I was just starting to have fun with it.

Its been almost three weeks since i made this unbanrequest, and we have not had any progress here since then. Sure some talk about some demo which had nothing to do with my ban, but how long its going to take from you guys to upload the right demos and make the decision? I dont want to be rude, but three weeks is a damn long time :(

Yep, thats the fact but the case was really hard to resolve. We had a small brain storm and opinions are still diffrent. Imo I'm the banner and it is up to me to make a final decision.
Gonna just apologize You for waitin such a long time, I hope that in nearest time You will have an occassion to catch me on server and kick my asso for this delaying :wink:
