ive speced the gate few times and ive follow perce quiet long time and then at the last spawn (gate i meet 1azu) and he plant dyno, dont know if u can see it almost at end of demo but its clearn tj after i kick him for that reason ofcause (seconde time) cause first time was that rogal creat spawn (bow restart map).

EDIT: btw. player perce suomi yesterday in map paris bastille shoot to flag from bazooka but i don't have demo. I heard this guy back from ban. Garfield was in this time on server.

if u would have been a bit more patient you would have seen also plombiers warned at the end of the map (so 1 minunte later), 3500 td is really high, but not always there's the need of a kick.

true but it's like half an rule if you get above 3000 td you will get a kick.
this was 3500 so definitly above 3000

still its not only you but also zombie and funner were there and i also pm'd but none of you respond if you would just respond with like : ok deatheater i will check it out.. then i will know that it's ok and i will stop whining.

KOT&ALA is the best of all with lots sk with panzer so he definitly needs a break also i think |!| and philipmorris but you have to decide that
plombiers since he is breaking rules at almost every map i believe might also need a break.

Offtopic: I just saw Twilight (1) and that movie is fking awesome. It just brings back life in to you. seriously watch it! I go see when the second movie is coming or if it's already in theather cause i definitly want to see that one.

Hehe, what you doesnt realize is that we cant be on YOUR point exactly when YOU Want. We ofc fail on some rulebreaks, we can be online but checking other things, we usually receive LOTS OF pm's at same time. You're acting in a good way but have to realize that we wont take any action without beeing sure ( that means we need proofs or need to see by ourself ) like i told you severals times.

Just to point out, im not sure you exactly get our position about the TD rule, its not a story of 3000 or 3500 TD points but a CASE by CASE wich means we can kick for higher or for lower but not only refering to the TD points. ( Thats important !! )

For my part i dont really get your point, why are pointing out severals times and in severals posts admins who are connected on the server ?

because... ( don't get me wrong i haven't got anything against someone) if there are 4 admins online... 1 is spec and afk.. there are 3 still left in server and all playing. I think that atleast one of them could check things out? I won't say that they immediatly need to stop playing but just let know that he/she will check it out so i don't have to bother about them anymore. Like in a later point.. (oxy was it i think) checked it out that's good only thing i asked was to let me know so i don't have to keep PM'ing or warning in Mainchat and so i can also play normally.

And about not taking any actions that's why i (mostly) have demo's so you can check it out later.. And i won't say that one rulebreak or something should mean he gets an ban or something only the fact that next time someone sees him, they can reffer him to the rules so he/she won't do it again. (maybe in own language)

1 ) Incriminating guys is not exactly a constructive way to point out something moreover when you only got a part of the story. ( Oxy took the time to study the case before reacting wich is all good for him ).

And about not taking any actions

Wich is for what i read the main subject of your posts but not clearly said...free to you to open an other post about that. For my part seeing the TD post im not sure you understood well our position and so our way to react ( moreover sending 10 pms in 3 minutes wont affect our judgement for example ).

2 ) Dont take it mad but i think those times you're overreacting on every rulebreaks when most of them can be handle by pm'ing the player wich in most case is more receptive than from a warn, slap...And in those cases you think we didnt reacted without knowning the case is ever closed :wink:

Yes that is exactly my point that i'm trying to make here the last 3 posts.... If someone would pm me back that they are keeping an eye on it then i know it and i don't have to bother anymore... I don't know what you don't get about this sentence... I'm exactly saying what you are also saying...

Do you really think we ( as admin ) are talking chinese ? Strange because in 90% of the case a pm is enough to solve the case trust my experience in it.

Luckily some are here to explain us what we have to do...Diamond i dont think you cant appreciate this situation since you dont receive that tons of pms we get from guys demanding we're acting exactly when they want. ( as kiddies )
What you dont realize is that before acting we have to see by ourselfs seeing the huge amounts of abuses and non fairs asking of punishments.
Rulebreak is no automatically !kick !gib !ban...behind each player there is an human wich whom we can speak, indeed the con is that sometimes that take 1 or 2 mins.

Nah i'm not going to argue with you anymore because apparently you don't understand what I put down...

I never ask for an immediate !kick !gib or !ban.... the thing i always say when i send a pm to an admin is for example this: Bowdown keeps making spawnkill please do something!.

That's it... I havent said anywhere what punishment they should give cause thats not even up to me....

Now as you maybe can see in my movies (if you saw them) You can see that i'm warning in PM and in normal chat plenty times... so if they still don't understand it and won't stop what else can i do except uploading an demo here so the admins can make an decision about it. And as i believe i also wrote in earlier posts, is that if people only make like 1 sk that maybe a warn or even just explaining the rules to the player can be enough... again i never said that they should get kick ban or gib or what so ever.

and about doubting me if i ever tried pm'ing someone... I don't have any comment about that.. If you would only know me a little bit then you would know that when someone makes an Sk I don't immediatly say he should get an kick ban or gib. the thing i do then is... (example; sk)

*Tell in main chat that, that is spawn
if he doesn't respond and keep on sk
*PM and tell him in either Deutsch Dutch or english (only languages i can) that Ãt's spawn and he shouldnt kill there.
If he still doesn't react
*PM admin about this issue.
when admins won't respond!!!
then i will start warning with colors and pm'ing more to admins because i wan't it to be solved.. i don't want to be killed in spawn every time (maybe you don't understand that or something but i don't wan't it)

And also it's not that i make a vid or something every time someone makes an spawnkill. i only do that when someone makes multiple rulebreaks and won't listen and if either there are no admins online or when they won't respond...

bahhh no need to "extend more time" this post....
All here think good, but think "in the across side".
Before be an admin, we was players deatheater, like you...when 1 admin dont answered my question about 1 rulebreak, just i 1 putted F12 and thats all, sometimes is better take a demo, because all will see this demo and the rulebreakers will have the punish for sure (and surelly hard punish).
Deatheater: we are humans, no robots...if we can stop 1 rulebreaker, take it easy, we will stop him.
We play here for fun and this fun finish when you see 1 rulebreaker, thats why exist admins, for stop this kind of players, and the others can play and have fun without this.
Peace guys and isnt neccesary this kind of discussion i think, we are in the same side : all here try to stop rulebreakers :wink:

In my opinion this discussion wasn't needed. Of course we can't stop every rulebreakers of world

but we can stop some of them. So we should pretend to don't see it? or just "spam" forum of demo with rulebreakers? I understand we are here to play for fun. But where is this fun with SK etc...?

Remember that mby some admins were AFK, or just an admin get several PM.s in the same time... mby he just started to spec some guys u mentioned, or mby he was checking the logs what happend... The back PM it's not a priority in such cases.

Well.. same situations happend between members as well... and noone make a problem with that

Like you say beti you all were players like me (yahooo

) And i know you can't catch all the rulebreakers that's not even the point here. My concern is just that the heavy rulebreakers get caught like (also lady says) mostly the Sk people.

@birdo first part you say is good about that a admin should pm back and that's not even about being nice but it's about the fact that i can go on with playing cause i know it's taken care of. But as you might have read in the rest of my posts there were 4 admins online (1afk and 3 playing) and i pm'd like 4/5 times so surely one of them could reply back

anyway glad you mostly agree with me

cause the point of this topic was that the rulebreakers that were seen on the demo's should get warned or punished not what mill suddenly starts to talk about for some reason that i do all kind of things wrong and that i blame admins of not doing anything while i didn't say that. (partially i did but i also said it was good that after few minutes Oxy went spec to keep an eye on it)
