Map download

Is this normal that et always close when i download a new map?

It opens the PS site with the downloads and I have to manually download it.

Half year ago it was automatically without dissconnect, and on some other servers it also goes without discconnect.

but I just reconect then it download the map normally;)

if this happens yoschi, then something is wrong..

this could be: sebbel forgot to upload map on ps-webspace
or: some other shit happens that i dont know exactly

I notice when you download more than 5 minuts ET close and open site with every PS maps, sound etc... Then try open ET and start download again or download from this site.

no not after 5 min, every time when i must download new map et close after 1 sec and browser opens page from PS downloads, then i have to downlaod and save file in etmain ornder

Try to reinstall ET... i bet that this will solve your problem.

Take note:

Don't forget to save your etkey file

I had same problem. I just deleted file with my config in noquarter folder and it work fine till today - try this solution

yoschi i had like one year back the same problem,sometimes it was ok sometimes it was like your problem,but when i started to use HLSW to connet to wolfi i dont have that prob anymore!try it maybe it will help you like it did to me!

when the map downloads and you ''interrup'' or something else that does not finish it that is what u get by Reconnecting,

what works for me is just restart ET so no Reconnect,
/quit and start back up,
the map downloads until it finish,

if this error still happens try it manuel ( Beware that u Take the Current VERSION of the map(s) that run on PS#5 u have probs with

)

the normal PS site's for downloading maps goes 5 KB/s even less for me,

try http://www.wolfstuff.org/modules.php?na ... age=ETmaps

they have ALL maps u can download for free and without problems

dont forget to put the maps in youre ETmain File
