Pings probleme
well, hi guys. since some weeks, i got a serious probleme with our server. i got 200+ pings. the fact is, that happen only on german location server,that's not sure, but i play only on german and french server. So, maybe someone can help. esle than to wait, coz i sad to be far of my ps2!
I got rate 25000 and packets 76. just in case that someone would say me to tape it

It's possible that the line from your provider to Germany goes through the same hub as the line from the Polish guys with Neostrada.

Could you run a tracert to one of the servers;
- 'Start' > 'Run' (execute)
- 'cmd.exe' to start a console prompt
- 'tracert 88.198.62.41'

Just follow Warren indication, you should obtain a result like this :
In my case, you can see that 50% of my ping is due to the connection between Sydney (4) and Los Angeles (5), ~25% between LA and New York (7) and 25% from NY to Paris (8 )
You can also use a visual tracer (I found one demo online http://visualiptrace.visualware.com/). McAfee FireWall includes one as well.
Just follow Warren indication, you should obtain a result like this :
