well to make a picture on paint.net instead of CS9... I guess you just need to open paint and not photoshop

and CS9... will be available in 10 years.. ^^

well, to be more serious, I'm not sure a lot of people is using paint.net. google is your best way to learn more about this program.

@Kurrodo-no man u can do picture in Paint.NET like in CS9 i saw this somewhere but i dont know where..
