OMG. Shame to say that is our countryman. I think that such who are so career start should not give a second chance.

i'm guessing this guy is a regular from the lost legion server who is playing here while their server is down

I know the guy. He was the one who had problems connecting to NQ 1.2.7 servers and couldn't find a solution, so that might be the reason why you don't know him. Also simply known as ':].cfg'. I'm sure that's definitely not eXe, although they share some similar traits, such as their behaviour.
