I agree with Rainbow.Spotting landmaines only with covert ops will be great.

Now a single medic cant disable the enemy's minefield on baserace over 1000km away.
Mine effectivness on baserace increase from 5 to 10 percent now :P

But this will be fun i think.

It not means not to see them. spotting means: making mines visible for all permenent and explodable.
Still all classes can see the mines (white and translucent).

:) i know what you mean,sry for not being precise,why engi wouldnt spot them? better? if engi can defuse them,then he deservs to spot them too.
Dont get me wrong,i like idea,but landmines is engi work,so maybe better to leave it that way.

EDIT,again not precise,leave spoting landmines in engi class. :)

The idea is to have covert ops as "information warfare" class.
And spotting is information.
Also if a covop spec enemys they appear on the mini-map, visible for all.

Didn't had much chance to play Wolfenstein last days , so lets check the new settings soon :)

I like the landmine idea, it can be pretty good :)

Bah.. i love(d) buldozering minefields as medic.. makes me feel more useful as im always medic. :(
