ping and laags

i play often at ps1 but since yesterday i got after playing 5 minutes an ping over 350 and laags and rollbacks but first when i connect its a ping around 30
yesterday i asked some admins in the game and they gave me the commands /rate and Cl_maxpacks this commands helped a little but it wasnt very playable.
what can i do to "kill " this laags?

/cl_maxpackets 100
/snaps 40000
/rate 25000 or 50000
