only way if you make a normal "txt" on your desktop and rename it to shrubbot..next open the total commandser and search the icon..click 1 times in hthe icon and yit says "shrubbot.txt" delete the txt and replace it to cfg.
next if you have server you need to log in with via ftp/root and searching the folder what you are use (etpub noquarter or jaymod)
place the shrubbot on your folder open the link and learn about configing shrubbot.
thats all. i know little hard to understand but hope soon you learn about all

edit: rapid your link is totally wrong..only 32 adminlvl max or the server is crashed

As i written it has never been ended ;-)

But it's really simple to add/remove lvls :-)
