Please give punishment for this Spawnkiller.

Just ended map Tram and there was player under nickname "MakaronUdosvach" who killed me 3 times in row in spwan.
It my first this kind of post and the reason is cause he known rules for sure and didnt stop. Looks he dont care at all.
Told him to stop but no reaction. Dont have record but hope my loyalty is enough trust for admins. And in my opinion its not his first time to act like this.
So some warn etc. should be fair for him.
