Well, he is a liar and he cheats on you, but 1&1 dont care about that (besides he has done something illegal with his internet connection regarding to the german law

)

Banning his GUID never get anywhere, the only think which would help is banning the net-part of the IP, also 77.180.*.*

ISP's dont care at all if one of their customers cheated/misbehaved
