Yep it is SK, even if your following allies (as axis)(while shooting) to allies-spawnpoint and then suddenly they spawn... while ur shooting @ enemy's spawnpoint.... And I only warned you for that
So better don't come near or @ enemy's spawnpoint
thank you,

Well in fact, I remember I got told by an admin that f.e killing an Allies on Goldrush on their first spawnpoint while their default spawn is at that "tank base" is allowed, because they selected that spawnpoint by themselves.
So dunno, imo it shouldn't be allowed in that case.
But maps where you spawned first, but later you can't anymore, there you should be allowed to "spawnkill" if the guy hides/stays there.

Am really sorry to saying that but its an illogic rule (for me of course) and I didn't know that killing enemy at old spawns is considered SK
Ok anyway rules is rules, its saved in my memory, my apologies to Mr Unknown u know I love u <3

Hello!
My question is clear
Killing enemy at the old spawn = Kill or Spawn kill?
Thanks.
Old Spawn is bad clarified.
There are two types of old spawns.
- Old spawns where you can still respawn
- Old spawns where you cannot respawn anymore
If you kill someone at old spawn where he can still respawn = Spawnkill.
About Spawnpassing.. for example in Goldrush i am not sure. (in the rules of ps)
But if you go by rules it shouldn't be allowed to spawnpass an old spawn
(where they still respawn)
Even though in Goldrush Spawnpassing might be usefull.

You are allies, you repair the tank, you spawn in the house.. --> axis is sleeping there from last respawn --> kill him = no sK, because its ur spawn now, the axis wont spawn there until next rotation ^^
What abotu 1st allies spawn. After repair tank they can still spawn at 1st.
You're axis and kill allies @ 1st spawn. Spawnkill or not?

Should be spawnkill, as its still active spawn. No matter if default or selected, still a spawn, so should be cared accordingly
thats the old spawn - thing..
rulebook says no spawnkill.. so in first line dont kill there
my opinion: fighting there is no sk , because
a) allies "have chance" to spawn on default spawn
b) axis should have chance to stop the truck until the end
but thats only my personal opinion and no decision as serverowner or highadmin. for the moment rulebook tells you not to kill on any active spawn

sometimes you lose - sometimes the others win

Spawnpassing is allowed but at your own risk. If you shoot at a spawner you have a chance to be banned or kicked.
(I deliberate say shoot and not kill a spawner because I see sometimes a player bleed an oppenent to 10 hp and then say; Why warn me? I did not spawnkill ... sigh)
edit; I take phonecall while writing this and 3 new messages came already before I could post

Guys it wasn't at Goldrush map --'
It was at Eagles map, second Allies's spawn and Allies switched at the third spawn I was an Axi so i Killed an Allie in the second and old spawn (no respawning)

so no SK imo, they can't spawn there anymore.
in goldrush when alies will repair tank u still can choose their first spawn
position, and when u kill there someone it will be SK.
There is just 1 exeption in rulebook
I can choose that point in goldrush and than its my starting position so..

Exceptions
The SK rule does not apply to capturable spawns, such as flags or commandposts. As long as you are trying to (re)capture the spawn ONLY light weapons (SMG, knife, handgun, grenades etc.) are allowed!
I can choose that point in goldrush and than its my starting position so..
Killing the enemy in his own Spawn (the players' starting locations) is NOT allowed and is considered Spawnkilling (SK), this includes; walking into enemy spawn, shooting into enemy spawn from a distance.

Ye if the spawn can't be selected anymore.. and you cannot spawn there but you kill him -> no spawnkill. You are right in this case.
So , I didn't SK
+1
I took Goldrush just as an example as you didn't say which map it was.
It's popular and also there happens sth like you explained.
Locki lock locked?
To me, spawnkilling would be where the player spawns not when it's a second spawn when 1st don't spawn anymore..(if there's a player left at first, where they don't spawn anymore then should be allowed to kill him)
@Goldrush engi allie fixes tank then allies spawn at old axis spawn (that's why i do 180 degrees turn to kill axis afk)
Then i select 1st allies spawn to spawn in first area...if i spawn and get killed then imho it's sk
Hope you guys understand

On topic:
Doubl your totally right, when we take as example goldrush. In this situation the allies repaired the tank and took 2nd spawn. When you or some allies spawn @ new spawn, or just walk to the new spawn and you find some afk axis, it is definatelly a kill and no SK. So your right about that one.
Off topic (the case on eagles as you mentioned)
Well my 1st reply was about this case too, and not so much about your question in the topic. I just tell how I experienced it:
I was @ the server when I got a report from a regular some ppl were sc-ing as allies @ the 3rd spawn of allies(@ the cableway). Well there were 2 allies (covert-ops and medic) sniping. So i warned them for sc, and I kept on checking the spawn as spec. But then suddenly you came in shooting (probabely following an allies medic into the spawn). It was crowded whith allies too and it was an active spawn, because when you died or just 1 or 2 second before that allies spawned there.... (So i warned you for that, because it wasnt your intention) (Besides if i didn't warned you for that addy did it, because he was speccing too and I just beat him in time )
What you do with this story is up to you doubl. It happened and I can't change anything about it. But no hard feelings doubl, it was just a warning, you know I still know you as a good player
Thank you,
