but I can't remember the /cmd ... was it: /r_showsex 1 ? ... hmmm... or maybe try /r_shownormals 1 (that should be clearer)

In first demo there are quite suspicious moments, especially when is an engy with riflenades: after respawning he move towards the tower and kill an enemy from distance without seeing him (i've watched the demo with and without shownormals), and then some seconds later tries to kill the panzer on the top of the hill (without seeing him).

In the second demo, maybe Spaceman you mean aimkey (but i'm not sure about this, because it's hard to detect it, or at least need more demos), but still some WH moments, f.e. when he kills egglaf with a nade (don't know how he can see him).

I would say he uses WH at 99%, but others opinions are more then welcome

Can't you just add his subnet ip to the ban list? Then problem solved as far as i know
