Unban for an weird reason why i got banned..

I've got banned For SK thats what the message said first of all i didnt get a warning second of all it was an accident i thought axis spawnd on the other side of the wall so i could hide untill they left but apparently i was wrong of spawn place so when i ran they all spawned in front of me so i shocked for a sec and shot automaticly BUT, i didnt kill any 1 and ran away and hided but 3 mins later i got ban for SK... and the weird thing was i was being t'kd all the time by 1 person and they didnt do anything about it if you got questions what kind of player i am

Well, i've been warning people for 5 minutes not to spawnkill. Warned one and then kicked and said in main: "stop spawnkilling allies, next step is ban".
Spawn changed and then after few minutes you come into our spawn and a player called Matienko shooted with panzer teamkilling me and another guy without killing you. Someone said to you it was our spawn, i was writing in main chat and i respawned, and guess what? You come into our spawn again and killed 3 players (included me). I wrote the ban but accidentally i put only 5 in the time duration, which means only 5 seconds. Luckly you came back so i gave 5 days like i wanted to.

EDIT:
These are the logs from client file: you can see me saying great shot after being Tked by Matienko, saying to him what a nabby action (and not to you as you may thught), matienko told it was spawn, you said i didn't know. Then you came back and did a nice multi-spawnkill that is recorded, so i decided to ban.

The fact that you didn't killed anyone is a pure lie, so i won't lift your ban.

wowow w8 that was like.. when they all left 1 dude was giving 2 other dudes ammo like few meters out of spawn other 1 was typing and other 1 was standing between them so i ran to them and then i shot yea but i seriously didnt kill them when spawn i seriously ran away and run back later in hope no 1 was tehre but 3 people were (and active) so is that spawnkilling? if it is thats new to me and i swear it wasnt my intention too.. its have been a year since i played and even long since MLB daybreak so even again if you think it was on purpose sorry

oh youre the 1 who was typing so i killed you but even then you werent for spawn you were active O.o and btw why uhm didnt u ban the 1 who was tking me for purpose :O (dont know his name anymore it was colorless:P)

I didn't even move when i spawned because i was writing, and not even active.
You did spawnkill, there aren't any doubts on it

Killing the enemy in his own Spawn (the players' starting locations) is NOT allowed and is considered Spawnkilling (SK), this includes; walking into enemy spawn, shooting into enemy spawn from a distance.

This rule applies to ALL weapons!

If someone is teamkilling you on purpose, ask for help from admins, or if there aren't any make a demo and post it here on forum.

I think we cleared up the situation. Since you took the effort to ask for unban, and you are pretty new to the server (or you came back after long pause), i think i'll give you a shorter period. I'll unban you tomorrow, use the time until it to read our rulebook, and maybe take a deeper look into our forum.

thank you flower and i know it isnt allowed i h8 it myself too it wasnt on purpose (then i think some 1 pushed you into door opening?:O) hmm i suck at demo making whehehe and i didnt know who were admins becuase as lik you dont have tags;)
